Any ideas on creating a reward system where when certain quit smoking milestones are met I can reward myself with a gift?
Open a "quit smoking money" savings account and use it exclusivly
to make those special "gift" purchases for yourself. You'll be surprised (or not)
as to how quickly it adds up especially if you are a heavy smoker. This way it can
help you justify making that purchase of that new plasma tv or whatever it is that floats
your boat. So far I have saved by not smoking: $962
Spent on gifts to myself: $533
Left in the bank: $429
